Dear Parents,
Unfortunately, classes for tomorrow are going to have to be canceled. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience I know this will cause many of you. However, I see no other alternative. Today we had 60+ students gone and several teachers. This puts us close to 40% of our school community absent. We will use tomorrow as a day to thoroughly clean and disinfect the building and classrooms. I will have teachers contact parents Tuesday evening and try to get a head count for Wednesday. I will keep everyone updated as soon as I know how the rest of the week will go. Tomorrow will not be a virtual day. Let’s just focus on getting kids well, and we will make this day up at a later date. Thank you for your understanding.

Congratulations Jaxon Bell!!! He earned the Youth Achievement Award for picking up trash this summer and after school. Way to go Jaxon! It is important to be a good citizen! We are proud of you!!!

Oak Grove Teachers are very thankful as boxes are showing up in their classrooms like Christmas! This month, the Oklahoma State Department of Education and Donor's Choose teamed up allowing teachers to write grants. Our teachers at Oak Grove earned $13,937.06 in supplies for their classrooms. We were able to get everything from STEM materials to classroom books. We are very thankful for this amazing opportunity.
